About William.
William SIMONCELLI began his career in real estate advisory in France in 1995. A graduate of ICH Rabat in Valuation and Assessment, he has been a Chartered Surveyor since 2013, accredited by RICS France, whose France board he joined in 2023.
Committed to the structuring and professionalisation of the real estate sector in Morocco, he co-founded Statimmo Maroc in 2014 with CBRE, Colliers and JLL, becoming its president in 2020 to broaden market data collection and analysis. In 2016, he founded the Moroccan Association of Real Estate Valuation, bringing valuers together around a Moroccan Valuation Charter.
Passionate about knowledge sharing, he has been involved in organising the ICH Rabat Annual Real Estate Seminar since 2010 and lectures at Université Paris-Dauphine Casablanca, École Hassania des Travaux Publics and ICH Rabat. He also supports candidates pursuing RICS accreditation.
In 2017, he co-founded Kluster CFCIM, then in 2019 La French Tech Maroc, where he leads a PropTech commission. In 2025, he became president of La French Tech Maroc with the ambition of strengthening its impact and positioning Morocco as a key player in the global tech ecosystem.
An endurance enthusiast, he has completed the Marathon des Sables three times, as well as several ultra-trails (+80 km) and Ironmans.
